English: WASHINGTON (Jan. 8, 2008) Chief Machinist's Mate Phillip Wharton and Machinist's Mate 1st Class Jeffrey Harp, along with a Tomb guard lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier on behalf of Commander, Navy Recruiting Command (CNRC). Wharton and Harp are CNRC's top two Recruiters of the Year (ROY) and are in the nation's capital as part of CNRC's annual ROY week.
