Harpers Ferry is underway in support of Southeast Asia Cooperation Against Terrorism (SEACAT) 2007. SEACAT is a weeklong naval exercise between the U.S. and six Southeast Asia nations that allows participating nations to apply maritime security tactics in dynamic threat situations.
