Description
English: TIVAT, Montenegro (May 21, 2007) - Quartermaster 1st Class Robert Martin explains what the throttle is used for on the bridge aboard USS Emory S. Land (AS 39) during a tour given to local high school students. Emory S. Land is the third U.S. Navy ship to visit Montenegro since the United States began diplomatic relations with the country in August 2006.
