Thompson, conducts his first concert with the concert band at Colonial Forge High School in Stafford, Va. The performance was part of a concert series in local area schools to help promote Navy awareness and for educational outreach with local music students. The U.S. Navy Band in Washington, D.C., is the Navy’s premier musical organization and performs public concerts and military ceremonies in the greater Washington area and beyond.
