English: MAYPORT, Fla. (April 6, 2007) - Commander, U.S. Southern Command, Adm. James Stavridis listens to the Commanding Officer of the U.S. Navy High Speed Vessel Swift (HSV 2), Cmdr. Rob Morrison, as he explains how Swift is maneuvered into port without the use of tug boats.
