English: YOKOSUKA, Japan (March 27, 2007) - Commander, Expeditionary Strike Group 7/Task Force 76, Rear Adm. Carol Pottenger, Capt. David A. Lausman, and Command Master Chief John Becker render honors to the color guard during the opening of the change of command ceremony aboard amphibious command ship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19). Lausman relieved Capt. Jeff Bartkoski as the commanding officer aboard Blue Ridge. The change of command ceremony is a time-honored tradition that formally restates to the officers and enlisted personnel of the command the continuity of the authority of command.
