English: U.S. NAVAL CENTRAL COMMAND AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (March 3, 2007) - Airman Marc Silva and Chief Gunner’s Mate Joseph Mclendon transfer pallets in the hangar bay aboard amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5) while bringing on supplies from Military Sealift Command (MSC) combat stores ship USNS Concord (T-AFS 5). Bataan received nearly 700 pallets of food, repair parts and mail from Concord. Bataan is on a scheduled deployment conducting Maritime Security Operations (MSO) as the flagship of the Bataan Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG).
