English: GALVESTON, Texas (Feb. 27, 2007) – National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Corps Officer Nicola Samuelson and Mary Nichols install a video camera to monitor the positioning of Argus, a tow sled used by the Institute For Exploration (IFE). Samuelson, a Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) navigator, will be maneuvering Argus on upcoming mission Flower Garden Banks project in March.
