English: Pacific Ocean (Feb. 14, 2007) - Officer of the Deck (OOD), Lt. Cmdr. Karen Sray from Bidgeton, N.J., watches the Military Sealift Command (MSC) combat stores ship USNS Niagara Falls (T-AFS 3) from the bridge of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) as the two ships approach each other for an underway replenishment (UNREP). As the OOD, Sray is responsible for the safe navigation of the ship and takes full control of the ships navigation in the absence of the Captain. The Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group is currently underway in the Pacific Ocean on deployment in support of U.S. military operations in the Western Pacific.
