English: Yona, Guam (Feb. 2, 2007) - Chief petty officers assigned to submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) participate in a team-building "boonie stomp" through the jungle terrain of Guam. The daylong event was put together by Command Master Chief Mark Fiorey to strengthen the cohesiveness of the ship's chiefs’ mess. Fiorey said he plans to do more of these types of events as a way to strengthen the teamwork throughout the entire command. Frank Cable is forward deployed to Guam in support of submarines deployed to 7th Fleet. U.S. Navy photo by Master Chief Hull Maintenance Technician Timothy McNeil (RELEASED) |
