English: Subic Bay, Philippines (Oct. 27, 2006) – (Left to Right) U.S. Marine Brig.Gen. Joseph Medina, commanding general of the 3rd Marine Expeditionary Brigade; Philippine Rear Adm. Constancio Jardinonano, commander of the Naval Education and Training Command; Philippine Senator Ramon B. Magsaysay; and U.S. Ambassador to the Philippines, Kristie A. Kenney, attend a ceremony marking the completion of an engineering civil action project conducted by U.S. and Philippine Armed Forces. U.S. Marines, assigned to Marine Wing Support Group One Seven (MWSG-17), worked with the Philippine navy and local skilled laborers to build a multi-purpose building in the Barangay of San Juan, San Antonio, Zambales. The Marines are currently in the Philippines participating in bilateral training exercises, Exercise Talon Vision and Amphibious Landing Exercise (PHIBLEX).
