Heinrich relieved Pakistani Rear Adm. Shahid Iqbal SI, center, as Commander, Task Force 150 (CTF 150). CTF 150 is responsible for conducting maritime security operations (MSO) in the Arabian Sea, Red Sea, Gulf of Aden, Gulf of Oman and parts of the Indian Ocean.
