English: Tarakan, Indonesia (Aug. 14, 2006) - The Military Sealift Command (MSC) hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH-19) sits on the horizon as "Band-Aid One", one of two transport boats shuttle patients and crew from ship to shore as the crew provides medical and dental care at the Mamburungan outreach site, located on the island of Tarakan. Mercy Continues its one-week stay off the coast of this small Indonesian island located in the province of East Kalimantan while its members provide humanitarian and civic assistance to the people living there. Mercy is in the fourth month of her five-month humanitarian and civic assistance deployment to South and Southeast Asia where her crew has already treated thousands of people.
