Description
English: Washington, D.C. (June 15, 2006) - Flowers are placed at the original stone of the Pentagon, during a groundbreaking ceremony for the Pentagon Memorial. The stone was returned following the rebuilding of the site where terrorists struck on Sept. 11, 2001. The Pentagon Memorial will commemorate the 184 people, who lost their lives in the Pentagon and on board American Airlines Flight 77. U.S. Department of Defense photo by Helene C. Stikkel (RELEASED)
