(May 20, 2006) - Musician 3rd Class Joe Gaciocho of Navy Band Great Lakes rock ensemble "Horizon" plays lead guitar while performing with the band at Chicago's famous Navy Pier. The Navy Pier celebrated Armed Forces Day and the conclusion of Navy Week Chicago with a dedication speech by Illinois Lt. Governor Pat Quinn, free attractions for military personnel and a rousing patriotic fireworks show.
