English: Yokosuka, Japan (Sept. 16, 2005) - Chief Interior Communications Electrician Robert Keller leans down to receive his anchors from his wife and daughter during the conventionally-powered aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk's (CV 63) CPO pinning ceremony held on board Yokosuka Naval Base. The Kitty Hawk, including its embarked staffs, had 41 Sailors selected for CPO. Chiefs are the leaders of the enlisted Sailor ranks and reaching that rank is considered an honor.
