English: Gulf of Mexico (Sept. 7, 2005) – U.S. Navy Aviation Ordnancemen unload supplies from an MH-53E Sea Dragon helicopter, assigned to the "Vanguards" of Helicopter Mine Countermeasure Squadron Fourteen (HM-14), on the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). The supplies will be used for Hurricane Katrina relief efforts along the Gulf Coast. The Navy's involvement in the Hurricane Katrina humanitarian assistance operations is led by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in conjunction with the Department of Defense.
