Description
English: New Orleans (Aug. 30, 2005) – U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Scott D. Rady of Tampa, Fla., gives the signal to hoist-up a pregnant woman from her apartment during a search and rescue (SAR) flight in New Orleans. The Coast Guard rescued 11 survivors from the apartment building that was flooded in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.
