Description
English: Persian Gulf (July 16, 2005) - Aviation Electronics Technician 3rd Class Kurtis Lahr, assigned to the “Mighty Shrikes” of Strike Fighter Squadron Nine Four (VFA-94), cleans a radar on an F/A-18E Super Hornet to prevent corrosion aboard the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68). The Nimitz Carrier Strike Group is currently on a regularly scheduled deployment and is currently participating in Maritime Security Operations.
