English: South China Sea (May 24, 2005) - Gas Turbine System Technician 3rd Class Michael Simmons explains the propulsion auxiliary control console aboard the guided missile destroyer USS Paul Hamilton (DDG 60) to Indonesian Navy Maj. Rudhi Aviantara. The engineering spaces were a stop during a tour aboard Paul Hamilton by Maj. Aviantara and other liaison officers from the navies of Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines. The tour was a scheduled event of Southeast Asia Cooperation Against Terrorism (SEACAT) 2005.
