English: Gulf of Aden (April 30, 2005) - Sailors assigned to the guided missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60), and the coastal patrol ships USS Typhoon (PC 5), and USS Firebolt (PC 10), aid men and women after their boat, a fishing vessel, capsized 25 miles off the coast of Somalia. The German Navy frigate FGS Karlsruhe (F 212) also assisted in the rescue effort. All three U.S. Navy ships are currently deployed in the Indian Ocean providing Maritime Security Operations in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF).
