English: Arlington, Wash. (Mar. 15, 2005) - Commanding Officer, Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station, Puget Sound, Cmdr. Martha M. Warner, climbs to the top of a transmitting tower at Naval Radio Station Jim Creek in Arlington, Wash., to perform a reenlistment ceremony for Electronic Technician Dave Hernandez. The tower is one of twelve, 200ft towers that connect a seven-mile antenna span between Blue Mountain and Wheeler Mountain. The antenna is a very low frequency radio transmitting system, to provide operational command, control and communications for the Pacific submarine fleet.
