Description
English: Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (Feb. 25, 2005) - Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Terry Scott meets several Task Force Uniform volunteers at the Personnel Support Detachment on board Naval Station Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, to find out what they think about the new test uniforms. Approximately 120 Sailors at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii will evaluate the new uniforms for a six-month test period. The service blue uniform will be worn year-round and will take the place of the summer white and winter blue uniforms. Dress uniforms, such as "Cracker Jacks" will not be affected by this wear test. Each uniform offers options for Sailors to choose from and give feedback to Task Force Uniform. MCPON Scott was in Hawaii to attend the Commander, U.S. Pacific Command change of command, and toured several commands around Pearl Harbor. U.S. Navy photo by Photographer’s Mate 1st Class William R.
