English: Washington, D.C. (Oct. 26, 2004) – The new Navy insignia, Anchor, Constitution and Eagle (ACE), will be worn on the left top pocket of the new woodland-pattern test uniform. The anchor symbolizes naval service, the Constitution is a heraldic nod to the Navy’s oldest commissioned warship and the eagle represents the United States. The Navy introduced a set of concept working uniforms for Sailors E-1 through O-10, Oct. 18th, in response to the fleet's feedback on current uniforms. Each uniform offers a variety of options that Sailors will have the opportunity to choose from. Feedback from the fleet will be used to determine the final Navy Working Uniform.
