English: Tumon, Guam (Oct. 15, 2004) – Commander, Naval Forces Marinas, Rear Adm. Arthur Johnson, presents Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Gordon England, with a Latte Stone at the 229th Navy Ball held in Tumon, Guam. Latte Stones are stone pillars of ancient houses notable for their two-piece construction, the supporting column (halagi) topped with a capstone (tasa). The latte is the signature of the Marianas Islands. SECNAV visited Guam to participate in the commissioning of the U.S. Coast Guard cutter Sequoia (WLB 215).
