English: Atsugi, Japan (September 4, 2004) - Lt. Nathan Johnson receives a welcome home from his family after returning from a deployment aboard USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63). Johnson was deployed as an F/A-18 pilot assigned to the “Dambusters” of Strike Fighter Squadron One Nine Five (VFA-195). Aircraft attached to the squadron and most of Carrier Air Wing Five (CVW-5) arrived home at the same time after a scheduled deployment in which they participated in exercise Summer Pulse '04. The exercise was held worldwide to demonstrate the Navy's ability to deploy multiple aircraft carrier strike groups in five theaters.
