Deborah and Christa Kieszek inspect the tail rotor of a TH-57 “Sea Ranger” training helicopter prior to taking off from Naval Air Station Whiting Field. The twins, who are both helicopter pilots, will spend the next two and a half years apart, as Deborah reports to Helicopter Combat Support Squadron Eleven (HC-11) in San Diego, Calif., and Christa reports to Light Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Five One (HSL-51) in Atsugi, Japan.
