English: Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, Wash. (May 13, 2004) - Sailors assigned to the "World Watchers" of Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron One (VQ-1) recite the Petty Officer's Creed after being promoted to their next highest rank in one of many advancement ceremonies taking place throughout the U.S. Navy in May. Sailors are promoted twice annually, following two exam cycles in March and September.
