English: Western Pacific Ocean (Feb. 28, 2004) - USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63) Sailors train aboard the Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB) “Wilbur” during a man overboard evolution. “Wilbur” is one of Kitty Hawk’s two rigid hull inflatable boats (RHIB) named after Orville and Wilbur Wright, who are considered the “fathers of flight.” The aircraft carrier Kitty Hawk is under way in the 7th Fleet area of responsibility (AOR) and is the United State’s only permanently forward-deployed aircraft carrier, operating from Yokosuka, Japan.
