Charles Leidig, Commandant of Midshipmen, U.S. Naval Academy; Vice Adm. Rodney Rempt, Superintendent, U.S. Navy Academy; Gen. Michael W. Hagee, Commandant of the Marine Corps; the Honorable Gordon R.
