Donald Cook (center), Commander, Task Group 51.8 (CTG-51.8), review the cooperative changes made to the Kuwaiti Naval Base (KNB) with Lt. Gen. Fahad Al-Amir, Kuwaiti Armed Forces Chief of Staff, during his recent visit here. During his visit, Lt. Gen.
