Description
English: At sea aboard USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) Jan. 15, 2003 -- A safety observer gives the "thumbs-up" signal before an S-3B “Viking” assigned to the "Scouts" of Sea Control Squadron Two Four (VS-24) launches from the ship’s flight deck.
