English: Atlantic Ocean (Dec. 6, 2002) – Sailors hold on to monkey lines as their rigid hull inflatable boat (RHIB) is hoisted from the water using one of the ship’s davits to bring the boat aboard the nuclear powered aircraft USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71), during a simulated man-overboard drill. Theodore Roosevelt is underway in the Atlantic Ocean for Tailored Ship Training Availability (TSTA). TSTA has specific training events designed to incrementally enhance the ship’s operating proficiency and gradually integrate the air wing with the ship.
