Description
English: At sea aboard USS George Washington (CVN 73) Jul. 2, 2002 -- Sailors clear from under an SH-60 “Seahawk” assigned to the Helicopter Antisubmarine Squadron One Five (HS-15) "Red Lions" after attaching a cargo pendant to the bottom of the aircraft, during vertical replenishment operations. George Washington is home ported in Norfolk, VA, and is currently deployed and conducting missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. U.S. Navy photo by Photographer's Mate 3rd Class Anthony Walker. (RELEASED)
