Description
English: PORTSMOUTH, Va., - Coast Guard Petty Officer 3rd Class Jason Harbert, a food service specialist, prepares to cook a cornish game hen during the U.S. Army Culinary Arts Competition held at Fort Lee, Va., March 3. Harbert, a Cleveland, Oh. native, competed in the junior chef of the year portion of the competition and received a bronze medal for his dishes.
