SAN DIEGO (Feb. 19, 2015) -- Maj. Gen. Lawrence D. Nicholson, commanding general, 1st Marine Division, speaks at the decommissioning of the Oliver Hazard Perry-class guided-missile frigate USS Vandegrift (FFG 48).
