Description	The baseball team of the U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS Kearsarge (CV-33) poses in front of a Grumman F8F-1 Bearcat of Fighting Squadron 3A "Tomcatters". VF-3A was assigned to Carrier Air Group 3 (CVG-3) aboard the Kearsarge for a deployment to the North Atlantic from 7 June to 11 August 1947. Note the "Felix the Cat" insignia on the F8F.
