Description
English: The U.S. Navy destroyer escort USS Hemminger (DE-746) in port, 1959. Hemminger was decommissioned at the New York Naval Shipyard (USA) on 21 February 1958 and joined the Atlantic Reserve Fleet. She was then loaned to Thailand on 22 July 1959 under the Military Assistance Program.
