Description
English: The U.S. Navy destroyers USS Heermann (DD-532) and USS Dortch (DD-670) laid up at the Boston Naval Shipyard, Massachusetts (USA). Both ships had been decommissioned in December 1957 and were transferred to Argentina on 14 August 1961. Heermann was renamed ARA Brown (D-20) and served until 1982, Dortch became ARA Espora (D-21) and served until 1977.
Note the Battle of Bunker Hill Monument in the background.
