Description The U.S. Navy radar picket destroyers USS Ernest G. Small (DDR-838), USS Dennis J. Buckley (DDR-808) and the destroyer USS Turner Joy (DD-951) underway off the aircraft carrier USS Bon Homme Richard (CVA-31) during a Change of Command ceremony. Bon Homme Richard, with assigned Carrier Air Group 19 (CVG-19), was deployed to the Western Pacific from 12 July 1962 to 11 February 1963.
