Description
English: The U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS Bunker Hill (CV-17) on fire after being hit by two Kamikazes on 11 May 1945. The Allen M. Sumner-class destroyer USS Charles S. Sperry (DD-697) is alongside fighting fires, barely visible are the superstructure and funnels of the Cleveland-class light cruiser USS Wilkes-Barre (CL-103) behind Bunker Hill.
