Description
English: The former U.S. Navy net layer USS Buckeye (AN-13) aground at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (USA), in 1979. A boat of the rescue and salvage ship USS Safeguard (ARS-25) is visible in the foreground. Buckeye was in service from 1942 to 1947. In 1976, she was towed to Pearl Harbor for use as a salvage training hulk.
