Description
English: Petty Officer 3rd Class Albert Francisco, quartermaster, paints an "E" on the port side bridge wing of the U.S. 7th Fleet command ship USS Blue Ridge to mark the ship winning the Battle Effectiveness award for 2010. The Battle "E" award is given to a ship or station that earns the command excellence award for Maritime Warfare, Engineering/Survivability, Logistics Management, and type Commander Ship Safety.
