English: Aviation Electronics Technician 3rd Class Travis Prater of Paris, Texas, performs a systems check on a roll, pitch, and yaw computer used by F-18 Hornets in an Aviation Intermediate Maintenance Department Shop 5 aboard Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72). Lincoln is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations to support Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom as well as Maritime Security Operations (MSO). Operations in the 5th Fleet area of responsibility are focused on reassuring regional partners of the United States' commitment to security, which promotes stability and global prosperity.
