English: USSR 1960-04-17 cover sent from Moscow to Varkovychi, Dubno Raion, Rivne Oblast, postage due 1rub by grey oval 'DOPLATIT' handstamp. Franked with Lenin 90th anniversary 20kop stamp.

Русский: Штамп «Доплатить. 1 р» на конверте, отправленном в 1960 году из Москвы в Варковичи Ровненской области. Конверт имеет спецгашение выставки, проходившей в Москве в апреле 1960 года, в дни празднования 90-летия со дня рождения В. И. Ленина, и франкирован 20-копеечной маркой СССР из серии в честь этого события (ЦФА (ИТЦ «Марка») № 2410).
