Summary

U.S. Navy Presidential Unit Citation pennant, flown by ships which have won the award, which is given for extraordinary heroism in action against an armed enemy. The colors are supposed to be old glory blue, spanish yellow and scarlet. If won more than once, a bronze star is added to the center stripe for each additional win (up to five), decreasing in size so to still fit on the strip.
