| Description |
English: While a U.S. civilian construction worker and a Navy advisor (lower left corner) look on, a Vietnamese Shipyard worker does a balancing act on top of some piles that are to be driven to form a foundation of a new pier alongside the waterfront of the sprawling shipyard along the northwest bank of the Saigon River, near the center of the city. |
