Description The U.S. Military Sealift Command combat stores ship USNS Saturn (T-AFS-10) replenishes the U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS America (CV-66). America, with assigned Carrier Air Wing 1 (CVW-1), was deployed to the Mediterranean Sea and the Indian Ocean from 2 December 1991 to 6 June 1992.
