Description
English: Lt. Gen. John F. Goodman, the Commanding General of MARFORPAC, center left, Lt. Gen. Makoto Hirose, Vice Chief of Staff of JGSDF, center right, and Lt. Gen. John M. Brown III, Commanding General of USARPAC, third from the right, resided over the bi-anual Senior Level Seminar held at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay. The seminar discussed future geographical changes in location of U.S. troops in the Pacific, specifically in Japan and Guam, and how that affects relationships between MARFORPAC, USARPAC and the JGSDF.
