Description
English: RECRUITING STATION OKLAHOMA CITY - Burgers, like this third-pounder bacon and cheese should not be the first round pick for a recruiter in the fight to stay healthy. These meal options have a large portion of protein and carbohydrates, which may sound great for a hard work out, but the total fat, sodium and calories put it way over the line for people looking for a sensible dietary option. This particular burger has a whopping 790 calories, 350 of which are from fat, a scale tipping 39 grams of fat; from which 17 are saturated and two are Trans fat and 2070 milligrams of sodium. Add a small fry and you are set for the rest of the day, as long as you skip dinner.
